Know Before You Go
1. Credit card and incidental deposit of $100 will be required upon check-in. Management reserves the right to refuse to provide accommodation to persons less than 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. Identification is required at check-in.

2. Guest rooms are a mixture of Classic Kings and Doubles. Selection of your desired room will be based on first come, first booked (book early). There are currently 50 rooms blocked. Additional rooms will be blocked as needed upon a 120, 90, and 60 day review of current bookings.
3. It is highly recommended that all hotel accommodations be booked no later than March 1, 2024 so that it can be determined if additional rooms will need to be blocked.
4. A credit card is needed when booking your stay to guarantee your booking. your credit card WILL NOT be charged until the day you check in. Check in is at 4:00pm CST.
5. Participants checking out prior to the end of the conference date (June 29, 2024) will need to notify the front desk at check-in to ensure they are not assessed a $50.00 early departure fee.

PET POLICY

We are pet friendly and allow up to two dogs in a rented room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The pet friendly rate is $35 per day. A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $100 is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.
